Are the Debug versions of the latest version?

When I install it it keeps trying to update the addon. If they are not the latest do you have plans of updating it?

No. The special debug versions are for troubleshooting some particular problem. When enough data has been collected and the problem solved, the fix is applied to the next stable version and the debug version becomes obsolete.
