If uninstalled extension leave folder TEBE reports error

If an uninstalled extension leave an empty folder TEBE reports error. For example, this happened with the extension with guid "{bde451f9-0fcb-2fcf-3b9b-626f1f37d6e5}". After deleting the empty folder, there was no error. But I guess it would be better to have TEBE detecting those cases.

For the rest TEBE is working fine for me

I will include a "Verify extension directory" function (similar to the one in FEBE) in a future release.
