Thunderbird Environment Backup Extension

Thank you Gary for reviving TEBE!

:D

I hate MS Outlook with passion, and with TEBE being stuck in a time warp from the longest time, and was stuck using TB 3.1.19, and just recently 3.1.20 as Chuck's original implementation of TEBE wouldn't work with anything newer :(

Wish I had the spare time to learn how to code like you guys do :)

The most I've ever code are complex source code build scripts & software deployment scripts in Ant / NAnt, surely it ain't enough to pick up the slacks to code TEBE

Hi,

It's always nice to hear from someone who finds the work useful. Thanks for saying so.

I dunno about spare time, it's more a case of priorities, really, and how much the family will tolerate. :D

If you wanted to do so it's all javascript. There are a myriad of resources available to assist you, starting with the language itself and learning the basics of how FF extensions work.

Gary.

Thanks for asking! If you like, you can use the FEBE contribute link on AMO and I'll see that Gary gets a share. Just make a note in the comments that it is for TEBE.

Thanks,

Chuck

Note: After the first stable TEBE version is released, I will put a donation link on the TEBE homepage.
