stopped pasting

Hi.

I've been using Paste Email Original on several computers for several years.

Recently, I'm having an issue on a specific computer. Basically, if stopped pasting.
Simply, I click the entry I want to paste, and nothing happens.

- I tried reinstalling the extension, but still happenning;
- Tried to install Paste Email Plus, and there's a slight difference: when I click the entry, it's pasted the last item from Windows clipboard.
- tried to get back to Paste email, once again nothing happens.

After reading a lot trough the forum, I noticed this error on FF's error console, when I hit the entry and nothing happens::
PE: Error: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004002 (NS_NOINTERFACE) [nsISupports.QueryInterface]" nsresult: "0x80004002 (NS_NOINTERFACE)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://pasteemail/content/PasteEmail.js :: PasteEmail.pe_paste :: line 226" data: no]

I believe it is related, but can't troubleshoot more that this without your guidance.

The next step would be to see if you have an extension installed that conflicts with PE. Did you recently install a new extension (or possibly an update to an older one)?

I have an extension named that was written to find extension conflicts. I would recommend running it.

Unfortunately still not able to find the problem.
I did all the FECT process, but no luck.
I can paste, but when i choose one of my entrys of PasteEmail, nothing happens

I simply can't understand, I use it on other PCs perfectly!

Can you create a new, separate profile with just PEP installed to test? I can step you through the process if you are not familiar with it.
