Use FEBE to rescue Session Manager item?

I have made a mistake; I accidentally overwrote the contents of a custom Session Manager (the xpi) folder. I have plenty of FEBE backups. Can I possibly use FEBE to recover the lost contents of that folder?

You can view/extract the contents of any of FEBE's .fbu files for the files/folders you are looking for. The .fbu files are just renamed .zip archives and can be opened with any zip reader (like , renaming the .fbu to .zip if necessary).

Look in your FEBE full profile backup first - that's the most likely place.
