Febe 10.3 refuses saving-Winxp SSE-SOLVED

In latest Palemoon for SSE 27.9.1.6(27916722)(march 16-2019) all of a sudden i cannot save with FEBE anymore.
i cannot see a palemoon reset. only safe mode. very strange. other version (not Royatams)
seem to have a reset.
UPDATE_:SOLVED
1. quick saving(extension only) worked but not standard FEBE-saving.
2. Solution: like chuck told earlier-Setting new backup_folder
Iam now on march 23-2010-version but will use march 16 version to counter-check.
NB: installer is in the make.
Video extension should theoreticall work. there must be an ideal play among several settings and video-codecs. but maybe still playing video on some sites are restricted/interrupted and download disabled. i am examening- here is the discussion. a bit chaotic but working.
its about winxp (SSE or SSE2 also non SSE)
if OS newer than Winxp then go to official Palemoonforum like Chuck linked it. they do not help Winxp-people there. Here are the Winxp-Palemoon(PMXP-Newmoon) people:

Have found Newmoon reset. will reset again if still not working remove and reinstall FEBE 10.3. I also did a FEBE-preferences reset without success.
its not Palemoon but special PMXP-newmoon 27.9.6(march 16, 2016, date important). Official Palemoon-forum cannot and does not want to help Winxp-people let alone SSE-Winxp.-

Since there are different versions from different people there may be confusions. Thats why i removed the others.
e.g. i was very surprise-after resetting that extension were back again. didnt have to copy back. had multiple versions and one of them behaved this way.
With Palemoon i recognized-TFC(Temp File Cleaner) seems obsolete. Almost no data to clear after intense Internet surfing. and crashes are very seldom- After restart old locations are restored and data which one has started to write is still present. Fantastic people around every version of Palemoon.
