Hi Chuck,
it seems that you're on the right track: After performing a backup with FEBE8.0beta5, my backup folder now finally has the name it should have:
In this case it is called "FEBE 2014 02-11 08.51.30"
:thumbup:

BUT, unfortunately, in the "FEBE Results Report" I still must read: "Total processing Time: NaN seconds" (see image)
:thumbdown:

@JBattin

Do you get the message only when trying to install beta5? You could try downloading the file and opening it with Fx (File > Open file...).

@Bito

I know what the problem is and will fix it in the next release. Thanks.

It downloaded and started the install fine. After that I upgraded Firefox to 27 and did an install and no error then, it installed fine. And it appears that it set the schedule this time, so no issues at this time.

I just upgraded from FEBE 7.3.0.1, testing beta 5 on Win 7 Firefox 29.0a2. Backup fails with this console message:

ReferenceError: rmDir is not defined febe.js:2623

I had cleared the settings.

I can't seem to get an ignore list in Beta 5 & 6 (I never tried Beta 4). Had no problem up to Beta 3 but now when I click "Get list" nothing happens. I tried to clear FEBE settings but had no success with that either until I ran Fx in elevated mode. So there might be something not directly related to the "Ignore list".

I'm running Fx 27.0 on Windows 8.1 Pro with MC x64. I have no idea at this point what troubleshooting steps I should take.

With Beta6 the "NaN issue" on my German Firefox is solved. Thank you!
:clap:

On the other hand, I found another problem in the FEBE options (see image): When I try to set a user-defined backup, the button [Select...] obviously is out of order, since clicking the triangle on the right side results in NOTHING.
:-(

@FlyingHorse and Bito

I've been able to duplicate each problem and will write the fix this weekend. Thanks for the help!

:-D Again a tonns of thanks.
One problem I found with FEBE 8.0beta6 on FF27.0.1.
It is not backing up Bookmarks! - in HTML. But saving the .json!
Is HTML backup is removed ?

Regards and thanks again.

I am working with beta6.

1) I confirm that (with bookmarks backup selected as json and html options), they are saved only in json format.

2) While the backup folder name and the processed time in the summary page now have correct time/date, the actual name of the results/report page (in the corresponding backup folder) has still got the name: "Results - FEBE NaN NaN-NaN NaN.NaN.NaN.html"

Btw, It's really good to see that FEBE is actively being worked on, and that you respond to the user feedback so quickly, Chuck!

Yes ... I am aware of both those issues and am working on them now. Beta7 will contain the fixes. Thanks for the info!
