It appears that FEBE cannot find or create a list of your installed extensions by getting the information from AMO. One way to fix the problem would be to extract the attached file into your [profile]
directory. Once installed, you should be able to open FEBE options. You will need to have FEBE recreate the file with the proper data by going to FEBE Options > Advanced > Attempt to load and save extension data
. (You must, of course, be online to do this.)
The attached file contains only the bare minimum data that FEBE needs to process. A proper backup cannot be accomplished without recreating the file as described above.
