Cannot restore Browser History with Fx 49

Mozilla deprecated the routine that FEBE uses to clear browser history before restoring it. I am working on a fix and will publish it on when it's ready. It will be released as FEBEv8.9.3.

YO Chuck,
I updated to FEBE 8.9.3 in Firefox 49.0.1 and Firefox disabled the extension....I went back to the older version 8.9.2 and it's back to working.

Yes, I'm aware of the problem and am working with AMO to resolve it.
