I think there's a bug with FEBE 10.1. If you deselect Options/Backup type/Additional items/Backup Permissions, then close/open FEBE and re-enable Backup Permissions, it will be subsequently disabled automatically every time, making it impossible to re-enable it: "The following selected items have no data to back up and will be disabled: Backup permissions".

I assume, of course, that you have entries to back up? (permissions.sqlite)
