Find the Tools dropdown - a solution:

Can't find the Tools menu drop-down? Do this: press Alt key -- it's beside the space-bar -- to temporarily bring up the menu bar where you'll see Tools.
If you wish the menu bar to remain there all the time, right click at the top (but not on a tab) and tick/check Menu Bar.
Category "DUH" : I had maximized my screen area for so long,keeping my Firefox LittleFox appearance-add-on forever,that I plain forgot these dropdown choices were there.
Maybe I am not the only one in a hurry, late at night, and not-thinking?

By "maximized my screen area", do you mean pressing F11? When I do that, I get a full screen and all toolbars (in fact, the whole top of the browser window) disappear. Pressing "Alt" doesn't seem to do anything in that case.
