FEBE options dialog too big for screen

Windows 7, PM 27.9.4, FEBE 10.2–3

Chuck, when I open the FEBE options dialog, it is larger than my screen. I can access all the sections/tabs via the top portion of the dialog, but the OK button is far off the bottom of the screen. Although I'm not sure what may be causing this, I have a suspicion. Because of my eyesight, I use a systemwide, custom display setting of 120%. But software accommodation of disabilities should take this into account, should it not? This is my only suggestion.

I do use NoSquint, but to my knowledge, it does not operate on the Add-ons page or on PM dialogs.
