I did a full profile restore after a reformat, first using the normal way of making a second profile and restoring to first profile. The progress bar went all the way across and said restore complete, but when I booted to that profile it was still blank. I did a manual install to the correct directories in appdata and it is still blank.

Resolved.

You must enter the roaming folder, not local.
