Non-Technical Wishlist for Support

Postby TaxWiz » Wed Dec 19, 2007 8:14 pm

Chuck, thanx for all your fine work... only one suggestion I'd like to make regarding support (yours, that is): you sell yourself short by limiting our donations to $0.99! I'd have preferred to donate more, but without having to make multiple passes thru PayPal. Perhaps it's not possible for you to make the donation link function with a variable amount, I dunno... so I've sent you a separate PayPal payment without using your link. Sorry it couldn't have been much larger (as you well deserve, judging from the postings I've seen in your forum), but being a retired geezer living on a fixed income tends to place an unwanted cap on my donations at this particular time of the year. Still, having spent my share of time as a systems analyst for the federalistas supporting GS-97 grandmothers in tennis shoes, and in recognition of the amount of (often thankless) effort that goes into such endeavors, I just wanted you to know that I admire your initiative and offer my most hearty thanx for your unstinting efforts. Wishing you continued personal and professional success, as well as many, many blessings of good health, joy, and real prosperity (after taxes!) for you and all whom you love, I remain

Sincerely yours,
A Happy Camper

Thank you very much!

I placed the $0.99 PayPal link as a gentle reminder that donations, while certainly not required nor even expected, are very much appreciated. Someday soon, I plan on putting up a world map that shows the city/country where all these generous donations came from. And they have indeed come from all over the world.
